Wemax Management Consultancies LLC

is a UAE based company with main business activity of developing, testing and selling of sustainable technological solutions* in the area of telecom. For many years, R&D professional team of Wemax have designed, manufactured and tested WEMAX-100 energy technology solution for telecom industry.

AS A RESULT OF

telecommunication research, the team of Wemax have identified the following problem of power supply in developing markets: Power interruptions and outages, causing traffic losses, consequently bring to about 10% - 35% forgone revenue of mobile operators of the southern part of the world.

THUS,

mobile network operators in those regions, have to follow the path of installing hybrid power systems. Actually, all available alternative energy supply solutions have been tested by global mobile operators.

HOWEVER,

- diesel generators are environmentally harmful. The costs of acquiring and operating diesel generators and batteries makes their use economically disadvantageous;

- adding various solutions based on solar, wind power stations did not give expected result. (Since, solar, wind power can’t provide energy for 24 hours they could not produce expected results.)

Paris agreement, G20, SDG UN

The Paris Agreement was adopted by 196 Parties at COP (Conference of the parties) 21 in Paris, on 12 December 2015.
Its goal is to limit global warming to preferably 1.5 degrees Celsius, compared to pre-industrial levels.
To achieve such temperature goal, countries aim to achieve a climate neutral world by mid-century.
The Paris Agreement is a landmark agreement bringing all the nations to a common cause to combat climate change and adapt to its effects.

Take urgent action to combat climate and its impacts

To hold warming to below 1.5 C and avoid the worst impacts of climate change, science demands that greenhouse gas emissions must urgently peak, and reduce down to zero by 2050. Improving corporate awareness by measuring and disclosing environmental impact is essential to the management of carbon and climate risk.

SDG7 arrow-icon
Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy

Energy supply accounts for 60% of global greenhouse gas emissions. While 17% of energy consumption is now met with renewables, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change warns this needs to hit around 85% by 2050 to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.

Some 21% of companies reporting to CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) now have targets to boost the production or consumption of renewable energy.
